FarmVet offers hundreds of products and lists technical specification information and caution warnings for most all items. How do I cancel a backordered item?
Send an email with your order number and the item part number and description to sales@farmvet.com. We will respond with an email confirmation of the cancellation.

You can attempt a cancellation by sending an email to sales@farmvet.com. Please include your name and order number in the e-mail. You may call to cancel an order at (888) 837-3626.

In the event that we have shipped refrigerated/perishable products prior to being notified of your desire to cancel, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

We can give you price quotes by email, telephone, or fax. Though, the best way to get a quote is to build an order in your shopping cart, adding or deleting items as you please. In this way, you can effectively create your own quote and then place the order securely online.

Products purchased from FarmVet are eligible for current manufacturer rebates. If a product currently has a manufacturer rebate, then you can usually get the rebate forms from the manufacturer's web site or we will send the rebate with the product(s). Sometimes the rebate form is included with the product.

Can you remove the credit card authorization on my canceled order?
Usually we are able to remove credit card authorizations. Here is how the credit card authorize/charge process works:

When you place an order online you authorize us to capture the amount of the order with your credit card company. The authorization allocates the funds to us, and reduces the available funds to you. Your card is NOT charged yet though - no transaction has taken place. The authorization will be automatically removed within one billing cycle if we do not charge the card. When the order ships in part or in whole, then we charge the authorized amount.

What are the shipping & handling fees?
All orders totaling more than $50.00 that contain no items that weigh more than 10 lbs are shipped at NO COST TO YOU!!

Shipping fees are applied in the following manner:
- Each individual item in an order that weighs 0 -10 lbs is FREE SHIPPING
- Each individual item in an order that weighs 11 – 29 lbs is charged $7.50 for shipping
- Each individual item in an order that weight 30 – 49 lbs is charged $15.00 for shipping
- Each individual item in an order weighing 50 lbs and over is charged UPS shipping rates as calculated by that system.
Orders under $50 are charged a $5.00 processing fee as well as the price of shipping the order as calculated by UPS. All shipping must be calculated by UPS in addition to the standard $5.00 fee.
Product weights are determined by FarmVet.com and include allowances for packaging materials. Weights stated on products are not the final determination of product weight in the system.
Some items are odd shaped and subject to additional fees and require extra or unique packaging materials. Because of these additional requirements, these items are coded as Special Handling and will be charged UPS standard shipping regardless of weight.
Items which are refrigerated are considered 'express' and will be shipped 2nd day or sooner via UPS due to special needs. These items will also incur a $10 surcharge.
We DO NOT send to APO, FPO, PSC or PO Boxes.
