How do I cancel a backordered item?
Send an email with your order number and the item part number and description to sales@farmvet.com. We will respond with an email confirmation of the cancellation.

You can attempt a cancellation by sending an email to sales@farmvet.com. Please include your name and order number in the e-mail. You may call to cancel an order at (888) 837-3626.

We can give you price quotes by email, telephone, or fax. Though, the best way to get a quote is to build an order in your shopping cart, adding or deleting items as you please. In this way, you can effectively create your own quote and then place the order securely online.

Products purchased from FarmVet are eligible for current manufacturer rebates. If a product currently has a manufacturer rebate, then you can usually get the rebate forms from the manufacturer's web site or we will send the rebate with the product(s). Sometimes the rebate form is included with the product.

Can you remove the credit card authorization on my canceled order?
Usually we are able to remove credit card authorizations. Here is how the credit card authorize/charge process works:

When you place an order online you authorize us to capture the amount of the order with your credit card company. The authorization allocates the funds to us, and reduces the available funds to you. Your card is NOT charged yet though - no transaction has taken place. The authorization will be automatically removed within one billing cycle if we do not charge the card. When the order ships in part or in whole, then we charge the authorized amount.

What are the shipping & handling fees?
There is no minimum order.
For orders under $ 50 there will be a $5 handling fee and the order will be charged actual shipping.

Orders totalling $ 50 and over that do not have any items weighing over 3.99 lbs. will qualify for free shipping.
Each item that weighs more than 4 lbs. will be charged shipping according to the following table:

- 11 to 19.99 lbs. $7.50
- 20 to 29.99 lbs. $10.00

Items requiring refrigeration will be accessed a $5 refrigeration fee plus actual shipping and must be shipped 2nd day delivery.
Product weights are determined by FarmVet.com and include allowances for packaging materials. Weights stated on products are not the final determination of product weight in the system.
