Glucosamine hydrochloride acts as a building block of cartilage by supplying a keynutrient that keeps cartilage cells healthy and functioning properly. Chondroitin sulfate blocks the enzymes that break down cartilage. Manganese ascorbate is added to help optimize the production of cartilage components.
