Equine Light Therapy

Equine Light Therapy pads use very specific wavelengths of light. There are many studies on light therapy that show these specific wavelengths have many therapeutic and healing benefits. Some of the benefits include increased circulation by the formation of new capillaries, significant increases in wound healing with less formation of scar tissue, reduction in edema, pain relief, relaxation of muscles, stimulation of collagen production, relief of minor aches and pains, increases RNA & DNA synthesis, and stimulation of trigger and acupuncture points.

Equine Light Therapy pads are available in 2 sizes and are designed to be used all over the horse's body. The small pads are 8"" x 9.5"" with 71 LEDs and include, two velcro strips, switching mode power supply with 12 foot cord, and power supply plugs into outlet or extension cord. The large pads are 18"" x 13"" with 176 LEDs andi include four velcro strips, switching mode power supply with 12 foot cord, and power supply plugs into outlet or extension cord.
