This is a 6 star item, and I also received 6 star service from FarmVet! First the item, I researched winter coats for my dogs, and the WeatherBeeta was always one of the highest rated. I concur. It is well made with solid stitching, it is warm with excellent insulation, and the design makes it easy to get on and off my dogs. It is well worth the money I paid, and I give it my highest recommendation. Now the service, FarmVet had a great price, so I ordered from them. One of the two coats I ordered was a little big, so I called for assistance in exchanging it. The representative on the phone was extremely helpful in sending a return address label, and she made a great recommendation that I add a few items to my exchanged order so that I would qualify for free shipping. It was a real pleasure to get such professional and thoughtful assistance!
