Description

Pentoxifylline Tablets from Butler-KJ are used for horses suffering from navicular disease. This treatment involves including pentoxifylline in a daily dose for a sufficient period of time to effectively alleviate lameness in horses resulting from navicular disease. Pentoxifylline is an immunomodulatory agent used to treat certain immune-mediated skin conditions and inflammation of the blood vessels, leading to poor blood flow.

Prescriptions CAN NOT be shipped to North Carolina, Hawaii or Alaska at this time.

Prescription drugs can only be shipped upon receipt of an original prescription from a licensed veterinarian. FarmVet can accept an original prescription in one of the following ways:

Prescriptions are non-refundable. Prescriptions are refillable if indicated by your vet, for up to one year from the original date. At the end of one year, prescriptions must be updated. Written prescriptions must include the veterinarian's license number, telephone number, and address. Federal law restricts the use of Rx drugs to use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian.
