Administer

Give 60cc of ProEnergy EQ three hours prior to competition. For best results administer on an empty stomach, one hour before or two hours after any food intake.

Helps especially if it's hot out

ProEnergy really helps our jumpers when they are feeling like they need an extra boost, especially if they have been showing a lot, or it is really hot. I found that it pumps them up with the energy they need without affecting their performance in a negative way!
