SHIPPING POLICY


We aim to make shopping with FarmVet as easy as possible, so if you can’t make it into one of our mobile stores or they don’t have exactly what you need, don’t sweat it. Call one of our sales associates or place an order online and we’ll ship it right to your door!


FarmVet is proud to offer free shipping on qualifying orders.

If your order is more than $60 and each individual item weighs less than 3 lbs. you qualify for free shipping.
Orders under $60 will be charged a flat shipping rate of $7.99 plus actual shipping costs of all products over 3 lbs. If your order is greater than $60, you will be charged the actual shipping cost of each item weighing 3 lbs. or more; you will not be charged for items weighing less than 3 lbs. (You spend more than $60 on an order of a 30 lb. bucket of poultice, and other items weighing less than 3 lbs. We will charge you what our shipping provider charges us. All items on your order weighing less than 3 lbs. will be included at no extra shipping cost.)


We ship compounds, prescriptions and vaccines.

We’re committed to horse health and we work hard to ensure every item shipped arrives at your door in excellent condition. Some items, like vaccines, may need refrigeration. To ensure quality, items requiring refrigeration may incur a refrigeration fee in addition to flat rate shipping charges. Vaccines require 2nd Day shipping and they may only be shipped Monday-Thursday. When purchasing refrigerated vaccines, please select 2nd Day Air. If you do not select 2nd Day Air, you may be charged an additional fee.


FarmVet can ship your order where you need it.

All orders are shipped from the FarmVet warehouse or our corporate headquarters located in Franklin, TN. We can ship non-prescription items anywhere in the Continental United States. Unfortunately, our pharmacy is currently unable to ship to North Carolina. If you live internationally, don’t worry, we can still ship your order! We value the convenience of our customers and we will work with freight forwarders.* Email judi@farmvet.com for more information on international shipping.

*We work to offer you the best service, but FarmVet is not responsible for any damages to packages shipped internationally or seized by customs. FarmVet is not responsible for any taxes, tariffs, additional fees or customs restrictions that apply in countries outside of the United States. If for any reason the package is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition within 30 days.
