Alcohol 70%

Alcohol has a variety of uses including the relief of muscle aches and pains and as an antiseptic solution for surgical scrubs.

Anti-septic solution for surgical scrubs or temporary relief on minor muscular aches or pain due to overexertion and fatigue. Flammable. Do not use near heat or an open flame. 

Scrub the hands and the arms with soap and water, rinse with water, then scrub with the alcohol solution. Apply directly to the affected area, wet thoroughly and massage briskly to stimulate circulation.
