Shipping & Return Policy
No promotional code needed for free economy shipping on orders over $79. Orders will ship complete within 3 to 5 business days. Once shipped, your order will arrive between 5-7 days. Free Shipping is not available for Vaccine orders, orders requiring refrigeration, oversized products, or orders shipped outside of the Contiguous United States.
If the Billing & Shipping Address do not match, the order can be held for up to 48 hours for processing. In the event that an order cannot ship complete within that time frame, all available products will ship at the end of 5 business days. Other exclusions may apply.
Orders under $79 will be charged a flat shipping rate. A flat-rate charge of $9.99 will be added to all orders under $79. Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will have a shipping charge added to your total.
REFRIGERATION & OVERNIGHT FEES
Some items, like vaccines, may need refrigeration. To ensure quality, items requiring refrigeration may incur a $35 refrigeration fee. This includes shipping and ice packs. Vaccines require Refrigerated Shipping and can only be shipped Monday-Thursday. Refrigerated Shipping ensures a 2-Day Arrival. When purchasing refrigerated vaccines, please select Refrigerated Shipping.
SHIPPING TIME FRAME
Most orders placed before 2:00 PM CST Monday-Friday will ship on the same day (excluding Free Shipping orders). Orders placed after 2:00 PM will ship the following business day. We can ship non-prescription items anywhere in the Continental United States. Unfortunately, our pharmacy is currently unable to ship prescriptions to North Carolina, Alaska and Hawaii.
Most orders are shipped from the FarmVet Warehouse or our Pharmacy located in Franklin, TN. Orders being placed in Florida, both prescription and OTC, will ship from our Wellington Store & Pharmacy if all items are available at that location.

Order something by mistake or aren’t totally satisfied with the product? No problem. You can simply return the product in new condition within 30 days for a replacement or refund. Some exclusions apply, so please reach out to us before sending your product back.
Special order, Customized or Drop Ship items cannot be returned. Under special circumstances returns may be processed but will be subject to a restocking fee.
We are not legally allowed to accept returns on Prescription medications, Compounded medications or Vaccines. If you are unsure if you are purchasing the correct item, please contact our Customer Service Team at email@example.com before placing your order.
Shipping Charges are not eligible for refund on return orders.
If you are unhappy with a product that has a “Money-Back Guarantee” on the label, that will need to be redeemed directly from the Manufacturer. Guarantees made by the Manufacturer can not be redeemed through FarmVet.
DAMAGES & INCORRECT ITEMS
All damages, shortages or discrepancies must be addressed within 72 hours of delivery. Please notify FarmVet immediately, save all packaging and take pictures of the order to ensure a claim can be submitted. Items that qualify will need to be returned before a refund will be submitted.
FarmVet does not claim responsibility for the use/misuse of products or any of the longterm effects of using our products. Always consult with your veterinarian and the manufacturer’s label for directions on dosage and administration. FarmVet is not responsible for delays incurred by our shipping carrier due to weather or other technical issues. All prices are subject to change without notice. No partial refunds will be given for items that were purchased before an item was on sale.
