Benebone recommends usually replacing your Wishbone once a month, depending on how strong of a chewer your pup is. Small flakes coming off is okay, but if big chunks start to be missing then it is time to toss. A good rule of thumb is once a sugar cube’s worth of product is missing or the bone becomes a bit deformed from missing material, then toss and replace with a new one.
