Durvet Ivermectin Paste 1.87% wormer for horses combats large strongyles, bots, small bloodworms, threadworms, roundworms, large mouth stomach worms, lungworms, and pinworms. The apple flavor makes this treatment more palatable and easier to give. Each syringe contains enough to treat a horse that weighs up to 1,250 lbs, and is safe for use in breeding stallions, pregnant mares, and foals when used according to the instructions or by the direction of your veterinarian.

Administer

  • While holding plunger, turn the ring on the plunger to the right and slide it so the side nearest the barrel is at the prescribed weight marking.  
  • Make sure that the horse's mouth contains no feed. 
  • Remove the cover from the tip of the syringe. 
  •  Insert the syringe tip into the horse's mouth at the space between the teeth. 
  • Depress the plunger as far as it will go, depositing paste on the back of the tongue.
  • Immediately raise the horse's head for a few seconds after dosing.

This product is not safe for use in humans.

Love this product--my favorite of the 1.87% paste that is apple flavored. Price is reasonable and so is the amount required for free shipping.

The real deal

Was the correct stuff. An order from Amazon had FAKE stuff. This was the real deal and FarmVet said if there was a problem, to let them know.
