The easy-to-use formula is designed as a four-day pre-event supplement that helps dissipate swelling, relieve pain, and improve overall lung quality.

Administer 2 level scoops (approximately 8 grams) twice a day during mealtime for three days prior to the event. Feed 4 level scoops (approximately 16 grams) on the day of the event.
