The Neoprene Surcingle can be adjusted from both sides and is designed to be used with long lines, side reins, or other training aids. It's made from nylon webbing, neoprene padding, and brass-plated d-rings and buckles. The neoprene is easy to wipe down, making clean-up a breeze. This surcingle adjusts to a minimum and maximum size of 68" and 72", respectively.
