PhytoVet Mousse

PhytoVet S Mousse is a antiseborrheic and antiseptic mousse used as adjuctive therapy in the management of seborrheic and other non-specific skin conditions. 

PhytoVet S Mousse combines solubilized sulfur and salicylic acid to help remove scales, crusts and excess sebum associated with seborrhea and other non-specific dermatitis. Solubilized sulfur and salicylic acid help regulate the excess production of sebum and scales, and additionally offers antiseptic activity. PhytoVet S Mousse contains Phytosphingosine, a pro-ceramide with anti-inflammatory properties that helps restore the dermal lipid barrier to aid in the long term management of skin disorders in dogs, cats and horses skin. 

Directions for Use: Shake well before use. Localized use: Brush the coat thoroughly. Apply on dry coat. Dispense one or two pumps in the hand and then apply to the animal. Massage into the hair coat in order to the product to reach the skin. Avoid areas around the eyes and mouth. Do not rinse. Let air dry. Apply as often as necessary. 

Generalized Use: Brush the coat thoroughly. Apply on dry coat. Dispense one or tow pumps in the hand and then apply on the animal. Massage into the hair coat in order for the product to reach the skin. Repeat as may times as necessary to cover the whole body. Avoid areas around the eyes and mouth. Do not rinse. Let air dry. Once dry, the animal may be brushed again to bring luster.

Dosage: 
Under 11 lbs . . . 1 pump per 2 lbs 
12-88 lbs . . . 1 pump per 4 lbs 
Over 89 lbs . . . 1 pump per 6 lbs 

Dosage can be doubled for long-haired dogs. 

It is usually recommended to use PhytoVet S Shampoo following a bath on day one, then applying the mousse again on day 3 and day 6. Repeat for 2 to 3 weeks.

Ingredients: Solubilized Sulfur 2%, Salicylic Acid 2%, Phytosphingosine 0.1%, Water, Propylene Glycol, Glycerine, Lactic Acid, Sodium Thiosulfate, Sodium Lactate, Polysorbate 80, Butylene Glycol, Dipropylene Glycol, Boswellia Serrata Gum, Fragrance, Methyisothiazolinone.
