For pregnant mares, administer 2 mL intramuscularly in the 5th, 7th, and 9th months of pregnancy. Three doses are required for complete primary immunization. Maiden and barren mares housed or pastured with pregnant mares should follow the same schedule. For primary vaccination against respiratory disease, give three 2 mL intramuscular doses at 4–6 week intervals.
