Simparica Trio Chews

Simparica Trio by Zoetis is a monthly liver-flavored chewable tablet that provides all in one protection from heartworms, fleas, ticks, roundworms, and hookworms. It can even be used as a fast-acting treatment for existing flea and tick infestations. Simparica Trio is the first and only medication that has Sarolaner, Moxidefctin, and Pyrantel Pamote, which provides your pet the broad-spectrum protection they need. 

Give one chewable tablet monthly. 


Available in six weight categories: 
Yellow- 5 mg: 2.8-5.5 lbs
Purple- 10 mg: 5.6-11 lbs
Orange- 20 mg: 11.1-22.0 lbs
Mint- 40 mg: 22.1-40 lbs
Green- 80 mg: 44.1-88.0 lbs
Brown- 120 mg: 88.1-132 lbs

Prescription Drug Policy:

Prescriptions CAN NOT be shipped to North Carolina, Hawaii or Alaska at this time.

Prescription drugs can only be shipped upon receipt of an original prescription from a licensed veterinarian. FarmVet can accept an original prescription in one of the following ways:
 

• The original prescription may be mailed to:

• A licensed veterinarian may fax the Rx to 615-370-8502.
  The fax must originate from the veterinarian's office.
• A licensed veterinarian can call & leave a voicemail with your prescription information with our pharmacy at 615-277-5602.

Prescriptions are non-refundable. Prescriptions are refillable if indicated by your vet, for up to one year from the original date. At the end of one year, prescriptions must be updated. Written prescriptions must include the veterinarian's license number, telephone number, and address. Federal law restricts the use of Rx drugs to use by, or on the order of a licensed veterinarian.

Do not use on dogs less than 8 weeks of age or under 2.8 lbs. Prior to beginning Simparica Trio, your dog should be tested for heartworm infections.
