Instructions

Liniment: Rub into desired area until skin is wet. Allow the area to air dry. Repeat for no more than twice in one day. Wash the area the following day and reapply as desired.

With Poultice: Rub into area where poultice will be applied. Apply poultice over the wetted area. Wash the area the following day and repeat as desired.

Body Wash: Pour 2 ounces into the wash bucket along with a shampoo. Add water and bathe.

Great Product

I love the Tenda Tincture of Arnica. In Minnesota we are land of extremes - hot and humid summers & bitter cold winters. I mix the Tenda Tincture of Arnica half & half wit Witch Hazel or alcohol, put in a spray bottle and use all year round for cooling & refreshing muscles. Helps horses dry quickly in cold weather & refreshing when hot. I love how it feels on my hands when I massage my horses. Great product

Strong smell but works well

The smell is pretty strong, which surprised me, but the product itself works well for general soreness and muscle fatigue.

Saw a difference after a few days

Took a bit of consistent use before I really saw results, but once I stayed on it for a few days, my horse was less tight in his hind end.
