Duration of immunity is at least 6 months against equine influenza and 12 months against WNV.DetailsThis vaccine is intended for healthy horses, ages 4 months and older. Vetera Gold XP is safe for pregnant mares. Vetera Gold XP comes in single dose and in ten dose vials.AdministerPrior to injecting, properly cleanse injection site using the antiseptic technique. Give 1mL intramuscularly. Give a second 1mL dose intramuscularly 3-4 weeks after the initial injection, in a different injection site. Vaccinate again every year with a single 1mL dose, or prior to suspected exposure. Shake well before use.NotesAlways consult your veterinarian before beginning a vaccination plan.
