West Nile Innovator Vaccine

West Nile Innovator by Zoetis is a vaccine used to aid in the prevention of viremia caused by the West Nile virus in horses.

Give 1 ml intramuscular of West Nile Innovator to horses 10 months or older. Repeat in 3 to 6 weeks. Revaccinate annually with a single 1 ml intramuscular dose. Early revaccination may be advisable when horses face an outbreak or other conditions that might make exposure likely.

Shake well. Aseptically administer 1 mL intramuscularly. Healthy horses should receive two doses administered 3-6 weeks apart. For advice on revaccination frequency or in the face of stress or exposure, contact your veterinarian or the manufacturer.

Store at 2°-8°C. Prolonged exposure to higher temperatures and/or direct sunlight may adversely affect potency. Do not freeze. Use entire contents when first opened. Transient local reactions may occur at the injection site. Do not vaccinate within 21 days before slaughter. Contains formalin, thimerosal, neomycin, and polymyxin B as preservatives.
